    2. but that's not to say it was bad, either. I found the plot to move slowly at first, and it didn't capture my attention nearly as well as 'A' did until the middle of the book. Then things began to pick up the pace, and I couldn't wait to finish it because I wasn't sure about the ending. That's always fun for me, and it turned out to be a twist (in my opinion). My only real complaint is that I felt like there was a loose end hanging with the Danzingers. Still and all, I enjoyed it and certa [...]

    3. Kinsey Millhone is just so dar n cool what can I say. I fell in love with this series right away. Mainly because Kinsey is just a great charcter. Millhone is just so outstanding. I love her. It is just like shicken you know gotta love it! No but seriously wonderful mystery stories. Read them and you will be rewarded with a fine suspenseful mystery with an excellent detective!!!!!!!!!!!

    4. I was interested in the story so much that it only took me one day to read it. I couldn't put it down. I could hardly wait for the end. The only problem I had with the book is the ending is kind of jumbled. It's hard to figure out who is doing what to whom. All in all I think her books are great and I have all of them except O.

    5. Sue Grafton has created a smart, crafty private eye, but she makes Kinsey Millhone move way too slowly. The book has a few cliff hangers and moments of suspense, but the book has so few of them, and they are so far apart, I found it hard to read more than 3 pages at a time. The only reason I didn't give the book 2 stars is because the ending ties everything in well, and Grafton gave the ending an excellent twist (if you didn't guess it half way through the book).

    6. I enjoyed this book much more than the first. The characters started coming to life for me and the story line seemed a little tighter and more interesting. Made me want to read the next one, which made me want to read the one after that, etc. etc.

    7. I like the Sue Grafton series. I got hooked with A and have been working my way through the alphabet ever since. However, this is my least favorite to date. In most ways, it's just like her other work, only this one had a gaping logical hole at the end of the book, which will kill even the best-written novel.
